The breakfast options were fab and diverse.
The room doors felt flimsy and insecure. I often worried about whether they were locked properly, as the mechanism reminded me of a dormitory. I noticed street noise during the night that interrupted my sleep.

The hotel location was particularly good very close to stores. Overall it was fashionable and new-fashioned in garden view.
The setting was very very poor.

Hotel is unique, and tidy, there's nice pool and the location is perfect close to local attractions. Neat and nice styled rooms come with garden view and a beautiful garden, as for instance. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, we liked variety of meals. It offers great services. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay was lovely, especially the spacious family room that had a grand vibe to it. The lobby decor was really charming too! Only downside was the street noise that made it a bit hard to sleep at times, but sure, the staff were absolute gems!

It has to offer a large and delicious breakfast with very diverse products and Harry's pancakes and selfmade bread👍😀
A little limited breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

Everything was well-maintained, so were nice views of the garden. Our double room was fashionable. The pool area was excellent and the location was perfect, so close to the attractions in Mpumalanga, the center of town, and Graskop for an overnight stay. Besides, the hotel was at a medium distance from Graskop Falls...

I almost thought i'd leave a glowing review, but then i recalled the beds-harder than the floor! I woudl ve been thrilled with a cozy room pre-heated, but mine was freezing. The food was cold too. It's quite evident that special treatment doesn't exist here, just unacceptable for any guest, really.

The breakfast spread was amazin, lots of delish options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the unique art gallery in the hotel, it's a cool hidden gem. The location is perfect for explorin the panorama route. The room was cozy and nice overall.
But the bar was never staffed so we waited ages to get a drink. The shower door didn't close properly which was kinda annoying.

Good for families looking for a cozy stay
The staff were friendly and they even reached out to me after I checked out to say I forgot something. The food was really tasty too, had a lovely dinner with good options and the breakfast spread was solid.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Cozy stay with friendly staff
Got a lovely twin room that was comfy and right in the heart of it all! The reception lady was super helpful, giving us great local tips. Plus, the bar lady was an absolute sweetheart! Just be ready for some street noise at night from the lively area, but that just adds to the vibe, I guess. Breakfast options were fab too!

The family room was spacious and provided a comfy base for our adventures. Enjoyed delicious smoked meat at dinner, and breakfast options were delightfully varied. The street noise at night disrupted our sleep, and the shower door didn't seal properly, causing minor inconvenience. While the staff were good, a better attentiveness during busy hours would enhance the experience.
